As a part-time or full-time associate, your responsibilities
include:
- Being available for our customers when needed, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Greeting every customer with enthusiasm and energy
- Serving and selling to customers, sometimes to more than one at a time
- Offering customers cutting-edge solutions in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Training
We want you to be the best associate possible. That's why we provide
extensive training and ongoing support, including:
- New Employee Orientation will introduce you to RadioShacK
- Ongoing training sessions will help you learn more about our products,
promotions and
incentive contests - Your Store Manager will help you develop these skills through a comprehensive learning program: basic retail selling, customer service, product knowledge and store operations
